CorrectionThe Q Hotel Group operate a number of Hotels & Golf Resorts combined with stylish conference centres and leisure resorts throughout the UK. The group comprises of a number of very modern facilities with some more traditional although one common factor is a high use of energy.

The Q Hotel management and their energy team were tasked to reduce energy spend and reduce demand based consumption in order to increase efficiencies throughout the group and in turn reduce their carbon footprint.The supply entering each hotel was surveyed and the energy usage analysed to identify the most cost effective way to reduce energy consumption with minimal disruption or change to infrastructure.

Our energy saving system was chosen as a whole site solution following a pilot install with combined Power Factor Correction and Voltage Optimisation to achieve an average saving of 12.10% across the Q Hotels estate and a return on investment within 2 years
