Voltage Optimisation – Brewery & Pub Chain – J.W. LEES

JW Lees are a pub chain and brewery, which manages 35 of its own pubs, inns and hotels and has a further 115 inns and pubs that are let out to independent licensees in the UK.

They were looking at ways to reduce their carbon liability and cut down on operating costs. We engaged with JW Lees conducted site surveys to assess the suitability of voltage optimisation and other possible solutions that could be offered.
The incoming supply to the store was surveyed, and the energy usage analysed to identify the most cost-effective way to reduce their annual energy spend.

Following the surveys, we installed Voltage Optimisation across 34 of the JW Lees portfolio and achieved an annual combined return on investment of 2.5 years providing annual savings of £55,215.33.
